If this telephone 'guesstimate' sounds reasonable to you then we can arrange for a site visit to give you a more accurate estimate. In many cases, for small to medium sized jobs, if the site estimate is acceptable, we will carry out the work there and then, reducing the need for you to take time off work. |

We understand that many people will have to take time off work in order to wait in for us. We also understand the frustration of waiting in for hours for tradesmen who don't show up. Whilst no-one can be 100% reliable, be assured that we try extremely hard to keep our appointments and we let people down very rarely.
